He has considerable experience of having worked with a broad range of Indian and Multinationals clients in the Public and Private sectors. He was the engagement partner for several major companies listed on Indian Stock Exchanges, foreign and public sector banks, NBFCs and other large companies in the public and private sectors. Ms. Parvathi Menon is currently Head of Client Relations, Corporate Learning, India at Harvard Business School Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard Business School. She has been the Founder, Managing Director of Innovation Alchemy Consulting Private Limited, a lead Indian firm in strategic innovation facilitation and the Founder & CEO of Fresh Harvest Private Limited, a sustainable agriculture enterprise. She also chairs the Board of School for Social Entrepreneurs, India and is actively involved in mentoring small business entrepreneurs in the early stages of enterprise development.

Ms. Parvathi has been the Principal Learning Partner Harvard Business School Publishing (HBP) in India, prior to which she was empaneled as a certified Expert Facilitator for the HBP global team for over a decade.
